Unfortunately we aren't allowed to recommend any specific people here, however I can recommend two things.
- A google search, usually something like { psychologist "bulk-billing" Brisbane }. I've just tried this myself from here and a few practices have come up.
- This website which as a directory of psychologists. You can then filter on the left-hand side for bulk-billing. https://www.psychology.org.au/Find-a-Psychologist
When you search bulk-billing, it's generally assumed that you will have a MHCP, so this isn't something you need to filter or add.
