Can a psychologist view the votes of my previous psychologist?

I can't find the answer. I'm not talking about records of visiting a previous psychologist, I'm talking about the notes the previous psychologist took.

Dear Carpetenthusiast~

If you are talking about a private psychologist any notes they make about a patient are their own private property and nobody gets to see them in the ordinary course of events. Normally if a psychologist's findings are required they are given in the form of a formal report, this is of course charged. The patient either requests or agrees for this to be done

An exception is if an assessment is ordered by a court.

Interactions between psychologist and patient are confidential, and with the provision that the psychologist does not feel there is an immanent chance of a person coming to harm that confidentiality remains

In the case of a hospital the responsibility may be blurred due to staff shift changeovers, I would imagine any notes are the property of the hospital, though I'm not really sure..

I hope this sets your mind at rest
