I feel I am NOT in the REAL world, I don't care about anything. this world passes. I have NO physical or financial worries but NOTHING MATTERS. I have to buy pleasurable things, get minor maintenance in my OWN home but I don't CARE. i DON'T go out of my home, Don't want to go out except grocery store, Sit on the computer. Want to travel but CAN'T leave my little dog, No relatives or friends BUT enjoy being on my own, enjoy other people but get anxious, Have tried mental health services, drugs, EVERYTHING but am walking in a 'dream'

Hi, welcome
Sorry for how you feel. Imo that void you exist in isn't that uncommon especially those that approach extreme depression and suicidal thoughts. So what are the things that prevent us from feeling this way? The basics are-
- Having purpose.
- Valuing life
- Having a passion
- Family structure
- Fascination of life
Without going through those, when we wake in the morning some will immediately think about their day ahead... visiting their family member, playing a sport, chores to do or watch a computer channel about discoveries in space. Thats the purpose. If one hasn't got that drive then it's merely an existence.
The lack of positivity is another element, eg you want to travel but own a dog. We have two mini foxies and go caravanning 3-4 times a year. You can buy wikicamps app and find every camp-site in Australia. If you form a special interest like bird watching, flora, history it becomes an adventure.
I don't specifically have an answer as its subjective. I suggest you undertake a medical process of GP visit that can lead to 10 free visits to a mental health professional. In the meantime develop your own passion for interests as outlined above.
