Hi startingnew,
I don't personally have any tips for you as I haven't been this situation before. Is there anything in particular you are struggling with adjusting too, or is it just general life, getting back into the swing of things?
What was your routine before going into hospital? I am just thinking outside the box about what I would do... is there anything you enjoy doing and maybe that would be a start to build upon?
Maybe even calling the Beyond Blue helpline on 1300 22 4636 and seeing if they have any advice?
Sorry I wasn't of great help, just want to offer my support and give some ideas to you.
My best for you,
Jay

Hi starting new.
Jay is so supportive. What heart.
In every corner of life we cant ever get away from some fundamentals
Calm, relax, the sky, birds, forests, rocks.....
To get back in touch with what as humans we have missed out on due to the fast lane

Part of my lifestyle in this concept is to grow my own vegies. Even in a unit people can buy a small colour Bond vegie unit.
Love. Give love to those around you. Say often "can I have a hug"? Let cuddling be your legacy.
Thats enough from me. Now its up to you.
I admire you.
