Hi all,
I'm new to this forum. I'd like to introduce myself. I'm 40 years of age, female. My interests include music (any genre), reading a great novel, watching comedy, Restuaranting, and learning new things. I suffer from depression and anxiety. Depression feels very lonely for me. I'd like to reach out for some support. Thank you.

Hope the dental spa went ok. Ive never been to one. What the heck is it? A dentist visit? Lol.
Alexa & Angelos relationship will fall into place, if they're developing feelings already at this stage of friendship. Thats great news. Happy for her. Stop worrying about whether she'll call you back or not lol. Let her do her own thang with him.
Flattie & I hugged on the stairway for a very long time last night when he got home from work (he was coming up as I was going down, for no reason. It felt nice. I like when he puts his arms around my waist and just hug me. Its comforting. I like running my fingers through his short hair.
The Court guy is ok - he mustve assaulted the guy for a reason (not saying its right but some ppl are infuriating, you know). I understand that. Not excusing it, of course. Court guy is solidly built, his arms are massive and could do some damage. Prolly doesnt know his own strength.
Your friendship with the friend who said horrible things to you will work itself out. A friendship of 4p years won't die over one blow up. Give it time.
Hope all is well.
Xx

Have you gone back to the gym yet? You should, sweetheart. Itll be good for you. Don't let mirrors deter you. I know you said youre scared of mirrors. Why are you scared of them? I couldn't live without one. I check myself like every minute lol. I too, look at myself when I work out lol. Most ppl do. Have yet to meet a person who doesn't! I go to the gym twice a week, usually evenings. Rest of exercise routine I do at home. It gets too expensive otherwise as I have yet joined membership. I have a dance class on 7th - so ill make up my mind after that dance session whether to go ahead or not.
I'm really loving the gym!! Its my time away from everything. Just me, my mind & body. Love it! I like talking to the Personal Trainers. The trainer on Monday was following me from one end of gym to the other as I changed machines lol. I noticed him doing that. He didn't know that I knew. He was watching me work out. Lol. At one point he was using the machine for chin ups. His arm strength is impressive!! Just wow. When I left I wriggled my fingers to say bye and battered my lashes. Lol.
You had to book in a session to go shopping? I havent done that. Thats strange, particularly when restrictions have eased.
Your bed sounds beautiful. Glad you like the colour combo. Sounds like my bed hehe. Have you considered buying a french bed head for your ensemble? Get it in white. Itll look amazing. And, more thoughts on mirrored furniture - mirror chest of draws and 2 bedside would look great. Itll work. Xx
Hey Tay Tay, how are you lovely?
Blubes xx

Hey Blubs interesting that youare also looking at dance classes. I'm considering gym or yoga - but I think gym is better for me tbh. I totally know what you mean about enjoying chatting to the instructors. I used to love that too. They help a lot. Do they still kind of circle and encourage you and give you tips for the workout? That's what I used to experience when I would go. they were warm and nice.
It's also nice seeing familiar places at the gym... a bit of social without being social, I guess. i can see why you love it
PS what is a french bed? Is it like with those straight, square bedheads with the sort of button-like features, or are they the curved ones? I quite like them actually - white is a great idea!! Would pop! Thanks blubs

Sleepy, body dysmorphia is very common, don't feel as if youre alone. I have a thibg with mine as well. I don't like putting on weight. Ive gained weight once and didn't like it when I was in my early 20s. And because I have a baby face (I always wanted to look hot not baby-ish) my cheeks got VERY chubby in the process as well. I like my baby face now coz I look young, but as you can imagine, I never did. Ive been very disciplined in my diet & exercise ever since. So I understand where youre coming from although I don't have body dysmorphia or eating disorder. I hope you can soon look in the mirror and see the gorgeous girl that you are 🙂

I'm sure u look perfect as u are - sometimes ppl say these silly remarks and cause so much damage. I've been told the baby-face thing also. And people used to ask me all the time about my age - I looked younger than my age, now I look about my age - but it's like they are trying to pin you down or something - who cares. (I never ask anyone their age).
