Hi Centaured,

The anniversary of a trauma, whether it be a death of a loved one or any other event, can be an incredibly difficult challenge. The good thing about days, whether we feel we can face them or not, is that they inevitably pass. How are you going? Are you able to take a bit of time to yourself today? Always here to chat.

Best,

Gems

Gems today been pretty bad. Both physically and mentally.
I need to make it stop.

Hi Centaured,

We're sorry to hear that you have a tough anniversary today. We understand these can be difficult, especially when you're already coping with a lot. Would you like to tell us more about what you're thinking and feeling? Maybe some of our community members can relate.

Please remember your supports, we would strongly urge that in overwhelming moments you get in touch with our friends at Lifeline (13 11 14) or the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467). If you feel unable to keep yourself from acting on thoughts of suicide or self harm, this is an emergency and 000 (triple zero) should be contacted.

If you'd like to post more, please let our community know more about what you're going through and how we can help support you on this difficult day.

Hi Centaured,

How are you going now that it's a new day? Happy to talk more about what's on your mind 🙂

Hey uncut gems.
Sorry I never got back to you.

Hi Centaured,
