When were you last truly happy?
I came across this question while doing some self-research on a couple of therapy techniques, and it stumped me. When was I last truly happy? I'm not just talking about when did you last feel joy, do something fun, laughed, or had a smile on your face. When were you last TRULY happy? It may just be a manifestation of this crippling disease, but I truly don't remember. So, I thought I'd throw the question out to YOU - when were YOU last truly happy?

Hi TA,
That is wonderful! I hope you are able to experience more moments like that! It certainly makes a difference to how we feel and act when we are blessed with moments like that.
A couple of nights ago, I laughed like I have not laughed for ages. I decided it was time to go to bed. We had been watching a movie on T.V. then my husband decided it was time to watch sport.
My husband does not like to share his chocolates with me. I had bought myself a Toblerone, had a couple of pieces and left the chocolate on the coffee table. After being in bed a couple of minutes, I remembered something I wanted to tell my husband.
On returning to the lounge room I found him eating the Toblerone! For some reason I just found the irony of it all hilarious! He looked like the cat who had found the cream and had a Cheshire Cat smile on his face. I cracked up laughing as did my husband.
We had not laughed together like that for ages.
I asked him to at least save me a couple of pieces of Toblerone for the next day.
Cheers all from Mrs. Dools

Mars Dools that was so lovely ! Those small moments are priceles
be kindrewind4 life , your post was well written and moving.
Mine was today and is simple. My toddler granddaughter and me went to the park. The look in her eyes as she sat in the Swing and I pushed her. So sweet and simple then she laughed in only a way a toddler can, as she went down the slippery dip.
Quirky
