Hi Chris,
Thank you. I'm finding it difficult to share my journey on a public forum with people I don't know but I know I need to for the support I need. I am feeling really down and lost. I'm wandering from one end of the house to the other, not knowing what I should do.I can be ok one minute, then in tears the next. I'm feeling really anxious and alone. I don't feel I can talk to anyone as they don't understand how I'm feeling, are too busy or don't care anyway. I'm really not in a good space.
Thanks
Shari

Hi Shari,
I won't pressure you into sharing how your feeling if your not ready. I do know what your going through and understand why your feeling the way you do.
Do you have tools that you know can help you in terms of listening to music, going for a walk etc. I know you may not want to at the moment but it does help, one small step at a time.
I know how you feel in terms of sharing your journey on a forum. I joined on sunday and wasn't until yesterday and this morning that shared my journey. I know it can be difficult to share things with people you don't know or have never met. All of us on here do understand what you are going through and are experiencing all the thoughts and emotions you are.
You are not alone, your talking to people who understand and will support you, and offer advice where possible.
Kind Regards
Chris

Just joining this forum and knowing people are on here who understand helps.
It has been a long road over many of years for me. It's the yo-yo that I really struggle with.Waking every morning wondering if today will be a good day.
I'm at the point where I am struggling to even get off the chair and a walk just feels impossible, even though I know it would be good for me. I do have my music on but even thats not helping today.
Most of the time I recognise when I'm spiralling down and can help myself before I get this low but this time it was sudden and has a strong hold on me.
I really am over this neverending battle.
Take care
Shari

Hi Shari,
I know you will get through this may not seem like it at the moment but you will. I myself have been in a very bad place for the last 4 days and look at me i'm still here and are actually starting to do the things i used to before this recent episode started on saturday afternoon.
Yes it can be overwhelming sometimes but your still on here sharing how you feel and what is happening to you at this point in time.
You can and will overcome this just like the rest of us.
Besides from listening to music what else helps you?
You have my full support.
Chris

dear ShariLea, I don't want to take any lime light off Chris for responding to you, but what he has said is right.
None of us personally know each other, sure we can look at the photo if their so wish to do so, but we all talk, and there are long time responders and some that have just joined us, but everybody has their own concerns, and these range from minor to excessively dangerous, but each one deservers the same amount of attention, but there are certain ones that need far more attention. Geoff.
