Wanting to be heard

I don't why, but it feels like I'm always the one getting cut off when I'm trying to say something. I get that other people have stuff to say that's important but I want to feel like what I have to say has value too. No grudges against anyone of course but it gets to me that it feels like it's always me that gets interrupted. What do I do?

Actually not too worried about this anymore. I was able to take the brave step and talk to my friends and they understood where I was coming from. And I feel better for talking to them about it. π So everything is all good. π

Thanks for replying to my post. Yeah it was scary to talk to my friends about what was bugging me. I was worried they would take it wrong. I made it clear that I wasn't having a go or putting the blame on anyone. And they completely understood. And I feel better for it. π Definitely better to be able to be open to people and be honest. I definitely didn't want to keep it in and not say anything. Feels really good and I made sure to let them know I really appreciate their understanding. It meant a lot. π
