Hi ADC,
I understand completely.
I suffered with severe anxiety, OCD Parental and OCD.
it was horrific!
You are not alone and there are many of us who have this condition.
Please don’t allow OCD to silence you.
Please seek help from a medical health professional who specialises in OCD.
Personally I did a therapy for my OCD, it was a intervention into the OCD.
it gave me all of the tools, skills and strategies I needed to eventually master my OCD.
It took time but I’ve been recovered for eight years and counting.
I know it’s hard but try not to annalyse, question, ruminate or seek reassurance for your intrusive thoughts because this will feed your OCD cycle.
Instead re direct your attention to something else in the present moment.
You will get through this but you need a professional who “specialises “ in OCD to help you.
