Hello Mum of an 11 year old girl, I have two granddaughters around that age, and although I don't see them as often as I would like, I talk to them every week.
I remember years ago listening to my grandmother saying 'I'm pleased I'm not raising kids these days' and that was about 55 to 60 years ago, because the world changes so quickly, as do how the kids learn and grow up so fast, may be it's because we are getting older and what they do is certainly not what we did.
