Hi NBAC
Sometimes when im in a crowded place, I get the sudden urge to just get out of there. Not because of the people, but because if the full on environment!
I know just what you mean

Hi NBAC,
sometimes noises are too much for me too. Before Christmas I was at a shopping centre and I had to leave because there was music and people talking and lights, I just had to get away.
depending on how I'm feeling the same happens when I'm with a group of people. Sometimes I'm with my boyfriends family and it's too much because lots of people are talking at the same time but nobody is really listening right and it's loud and there is a dog barking and the radio is going. It's too much.
i find it's worse when I'm tired as much brain isn't rested enough.
