Hi geoff,
I am not in denial at all, I do believe I have OCD and say I do actually, I just haven't ever had it properly diagnosed by my psychologist or GP, it hasn't come up much. The other one is I have to watch TV before going to bed, I just have too, I feel so uneasy if I don't, I don't know if anyone has come across that but just one of my long list of OCD tendency's.
Thanks for your advice and concern geoff.
My best,
Jay

Good afternoon BballJ!
One of the things I do to help myself with locks is to take a deep breath before I lock it. Lock it and say 'okay, it's locked now and you know that' and then walk away. It helps really concentrating on the act of locking it.
I haven't be diagnosed but I am in the process of trying to seek professional attention.
<3 ❤️ Stay strong

Hi NorwayB,
Funnily enough, I have done that a few times, told myself in my head it is locked and then I remember it is. Good post but, thank you.
My best,
Jay
