Hi Kovu,
Firstly, welcome to the forums. I have found these forums a great place to talk about how you’re feeling.
I’m sorry to hear you are feeling alone.
When I’m feeling alone, I find getting out the house for a while helps. Taking a drive somewhere even.
Depending on where you live, spending time by the water is usually healing. Sitting outside in the sun, maybe listening to positive music. Just generally doing something you think you will enjoy.
Sorry I’m not much help.

Hey Kovu,
Welcome to the forums and it is great to have you here.
My apologies for the late reply, I have just been super busy with real life commitments.
I notice that you have written this post on Friday and now it is Monday and I am just wondering how you coped over the weekend? It is super important and encouraging that you and your wife it seems share a great connection and that you both are dependant on each other and love being together. That is amazing!
Do you see a health professional that provides you with active medical care and treatment? If not, this may be something you wish to consider as no one deserves or should be living with constant anxiety and depression. It is absolutely worth seeing your GP and discussing your concerns and ensuring that your relevant health professionals are aware of your condition, if they are not already.
What are some of your favourite hobbies and past times? I think next time your wife goes away for a few days, you could possibly find out if there are any events you may be interested in so that it takes your mind off your wife not being their, how your feeling at present and you get to enjoy some of your favourite things in life.
Hope this helps and look forward to hearing back from you.
Nick.
