Hi,
There are some really great resources to help you if you are feeling anxious or worried about anything. They are available to read and download on the beyondblue website under 'support services' in the beyondblue Connect section. They are self-help management tools encompassing topics such as 'managing your worries', 'improving how you feel' and 'setting goals and planning your day'.
This part of the website also has information about the beyondblue Connect program that is available in your region of Greater Dandenong, there is a telephone support line and you can come visit the beyondblue Connect mentors in Dandenong for support.
