Warm welcome to the beyond blue forums. I hope you find these forums helpful and connect with some of the stories you read on here. It is great you have found the courage to find your anxiety.

Regarding anxiety in particular there are a few things, outside of professional help, that we can do for ourselves that can help manage symptoms. I personally use exercise and breathing exercises.
