Deep slow inhale in through, hold for 5 seconds exhale out through your mouth, sometimes I’ll count things in the room etc posters, picture frames anything really to take your mind off the situation that has caused this attack. This helps with me at times, but when they get really bad I pinch the part between my pointing finger “giggles “ and my thumb gently and that also helps ☺️ you are not alone and there is nothing wrong with you, it just gets easier over time with these steps for me, all the best
