i have a fear of cancer and am getting all the symtoms for it and it stops me from doing everyday things and all i wanna do is sit at home.

I think I understand your feeling, it is frustrating.
Do you have a GP that you feel comfortable to talk to? I would suggest you to talk to him/her ASAP.
Cancer cannot be diagnosed by symptoms, which means, if you have a lot of symptoms, it doesn't mean you have it, vice versa, if you have no symptoms at all, it doesn't mean you don't have it.
So the simple thing is that, if you have any particular concern, talk to your GP, and if you still have any doubt, you can seek second option (see another GP). Otherwise your self-doubt will keep torturing you mentally. Please be brave to seek professional help.

Hi billyblack I to have the same health anxiety as you and it's affecting my life so I can relate to you and all I want to do is sit at home same as you I also find it difficult to make future plans as my thought thinks there is no future so your not alone
