Hi Hannah4444
Welcome to the forums. Is health anxiety something that you experience or think you might experience?
I used to suffer from health anxiety, but I don't anymore. It can be overcome 🙂

Hi Hannah,
I've been fearing that something was wrong with me for the longest time, and still do. I sometimes feel like I'm going to die etc.
I've been to a GP and they said everything was fine but I still worry they may have missed something.
Some days are definitely better than the others but I tend to struggle the most in the morning and at night.
Hope you're doing okay 🙂

I suffer from severe health anxiety but determined to overcome this.
i have been to my GP had lots of tests nothing found, I go to emergency doctor or hospital thinking I am seriously ill they do tests take blood and then tell me it's not physical and suggest I seek further advice
i am now visiting a councillor monthly to help with health anxiety and determined to beat it.
it took a while for me to accept the diagnosis as I always thought there was something medically wrong, I still get physical symptoms but try to take my mind of this.
