Does anyone else Google their symptoms when they feel like their anxiety/depression/other disorder is getting worse again after a really good patch?
do you find it helps or exacerbates things?

Hi Gingernija
Yes I "google" as well. Even try to find perhaps if it might be something else instead. I don't think personally for me it makes it worse, I am just interested in general about health issues. But for some people it may be different. It may make them more anxious. Anyway that is a very good question you asked.
Take care Gingernija

hello Ginger, I'm sure most of us google everything that concerns what we have been diagnosed with, plus the medication we are put on, but the company who produces the medication has to cover all areas for legal purposes to protect themselves, however you may not experience any of the side-effects, and although google is a great tool to use it can't conclusively be true for you, and in saying that, yes I use google all the time, but try and keep your mind open and not necessarily believe what you read, because different circumstances happen to all of us.
If you have had a period of time where you have felt good but then fall back, google won't be able to fully explain why this has happened, because everyone is different and what has brought you down maybe completely different to what the computer says. Geoff.
