Hi Marschickee,

Welcome to the forums! Unfortunately I only just came across your post today which I can imagine is a bit too late! How did you go through this last panic attack? What did you end up doing to cope?

There are lots of different ways to help with panic attacks but I'm not sure what your anxiety is like or how you've coped so far.

One thing that can help is the 54321 exercise: 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things that you can smell and 1 thing that you can taste. It's a very short exercise but can help ground you in the moment.

You can also try breathing exercises - there's lots of ways to do this but one quick way (that I do) is through an app called 'Be Okay'. It's a guided app with a circle that gets smaller/bigger - taking deeper breaths is going to help slow down your breathing and help to manage it.

Hope this helps! Would love to hear about how you got on.
