I have lower back pain, cramping from arthritis in certain parts of my spine. It's worse in the cold weather, but doesn't radiate into the groin. I had an MRI scan done to diagnose it. You can organise it through your GP.
Back pain and anxiety are a vicious cycle. One reinforces the other and so on. The more pain you are in, the more anxious you get, which causes your muscles to tense up, further adding to the muscle tightness. Walking can help you both to relax your mind and muscles. I personally haven't found anything else that works, sorry

Hi David
thanks for the reply yes it’s really frustrating back pain and anxiety do go hand in hand and the groin ache is an added bonus had ultrasound on goin nothing there so it must be coming from my lower back moved house earlier this year to a rural location and I’m thinking it’s all linked to the move / anxiety
I walk my 2 dogs every day getting moving does help it’s the anxiety that is the driving force to the back pain seeing a chiropractor but don’t think it’s working
