Hi Jessme,
Sometimes, someone's opinion has the power to throw us out of balance.
Poor circulation can easily be managed by keeping active. I grew up hearing my mother constantly complain of cold extremities...she is now over 90 years old. I inherited the condition. I'm an oldie enjoying robust health and stamina.
It seems that anxiety is the real issue to focus on, not poor circulation. Because it blows everything out of proportion, it is more likely to affect your quality of life than cold hands and feet.
No need to let this spoil your week-end. Have a peaceful one.

Hi Jessme. The medicine man you visited was a bit insensitive telling you because of cold hands/feet, your life span is shortened. My cousin who is quite a bit older than me always suffered with blue feet in the winter, as a child. It turns out, she suffers with asthma and this is part of that. I quite often get told my hands are cold, I usually reply, cold hands warm heart. If you are taking blood thinners, it's possible you have circulation problems because your blood is slower to thicken. I would suggest if you have concerns it might pay to talk to your Dr rather than go through all sorts of unnecessary worry. Are you normally fairly healthy apart from colds/flu etc?

Hi Jessme. This person you saw certainly knocked your confidence out the window. I think this time of the year we seem to feel cold more so than other times. If you notice you are sweating profusely, as well as other physical problems, please see your Dr and get a check-up. People who constantly google for medical answers often tell themselves they have every ailment written. I frequently suffer cold feet, I notice the cold, I shiver. I think most people have these problems. Anything that's wrong, he/she will pick up on and treat you accordingly.

Hi Jessme. I just picked up on the advice you were given (not very good advice). I have had cold hands and feet and am physically fit. Anxiety is very very common. There is great advice above from Starwolf and Pipsy too.
Have a great weekend...you dont have to anything...just see your GP 🙂
My kind thoughts for you
