I'm sorry this happened; it sounds a bit scary. I'm glad you've asked for support on here. (If it was me I'd have my phone checked by a specialist asap!)
It's good to know you're not showing any major adverse effects, though it might be a good idea to visit your GP to make sure there's nothing to be concerned about.
Your OCD brain will be obsessing and worrying as a normal process, but be sure it's just thoughts ok. Your 'body' will tell you if something's wrong.
