Hi Jason,
It is excellent you are getting on and planning time in the ocean. I don't mean to be a nag, just want to remind you to get checked out if things don't feel quite right. Injuries can take a while to manifest!
Wishing you all the best with your recovery and beach time!
Cheers from Dools

Morning Jason, hope you're feeling better again today.
It's so good you have a close friend like that (is that Vince?).
I agree with Mrs Dools about getting checked out if you don't feel right. Injuries can take some time ...
Well, I wish you a good day today mate, peace in your mind and healing in your body. You're an important part of our community here Jase, so look after yourself yeah?
Kaz

Good to hear from you Jase. I would suggest that you are not having a "lazy" day but rather a "recovery" day. You still have physical injuries to get over and if you push yourself, they may get worse so continue to recover and take it easy.
Cheers mate
Mark.

Hi Jason
You sound much rested - but sore. Do you think all that pain is part of the healing - or do you think you need it looked at more?. They don't always find things out at the time.
Isn't it great to have friends to help, it makes life possible even in bad circumstances.
Are you planning another day of rest in bed?

Hi Jason
Must have been pretty good to see Vince, it's great when friends look after you. Which 'Punisher' movie was it, I think there might have been 3 of them, all based on Frank Castle comic book character. Was it 'The War Zone'?
With the model, first off I had not released that was another of your talents - did you ride a bike yourself, I did just about every day up till around 5 years ago when my back got worse - mainly Jap stuff.
Don't know why it was on the floor - hopefully it just fell and nobody was there.
Getting out for a bit must have been a nice change, even if it did make the aches worse.
Enjoy the move.

Hey Jase, good to hear that you are getting mobile again.
Before you right off 2017 as your last on the earth, just think about what you have been through the last 13 months and the very fact that you have survived it. This tells me you are one hell of a resilient person. Please see if you can switch it around, turn 2017 into your year. Perhaps sit down with Vince and work out some goals that you would like to attain? I would think that you two are close enough and have both been through some harrowing experiences. Might be good for each other.
If you do set some goals, set achievable ones and once you complete them, re-assess and set new ones. I believe that you can do it. You are tough mate, extremely tough. You have so much to give and so much life ahead of you.
Cheers
Mark.
