Hi sleepy I am sorry that you were forced into the move and it hasn't been good for you.Not all my choices are good and come off.I still make plenty of mistakes and still learning what is right for me.I hope you can find the right place for you.It can make a huge difference for our mental health. You deserve to be happy to.

Hi Sleepy

We all make bad decisions at times and especially when we are under stress. It's one way we learn I guess. You are in between things at the moment and that's always an uncomfortable feeling. Sometimes I think we just have to tread water for a while until we are more certain of our next step.

Can you find small things that you enjoy, like a visit to a favourite Cafe, or playing music you like?

Something will turn up eventually. Hang in there!

I had my specialist appointment appointment today. The news wasn't real good.Looks like more test for the moment. The funny thing was one of my neighbours was in there and I had a good chat with him.He told me the new neighbour works at the special needs school which was interesting to know.I might have a chat with her.

Hi Mark I'm so sorry to hear that. Is it something they can treat?

I'm sorry my computer has died completely so I only have my phone and I can't write much for the next week at least I think. I'll try to come by and see how you all are.

Hi Hanna I am sorry about your computer that's not good. The thing is it can't be treated as such.I had exploratory surgery a few months ago and this is the conclusion they have come up with.Just keep an eye on it for the moment.

Hi Mark

As long as it's benign whatever it is, then I wouldn't worry too much. Doctors often just decide to watch lumps etc and only take things further if something eventuates that worries them. So hopefully the fact that they are just watching is a good sign.

I'm going to contact the local computer tech here tomorrow to see if he can look at laptop before Christmas. What a time for it to crash, right on Xmas when everything closes!

It's really hard to read and type on this tiny phone screen! 🙄

Are they going to keep monitoring things Mark? Can a go do that or do you have to keep going back to the hospital? I hope it's not affecting you too much at the moment.

I hope they are taking good care of you.

Hi Hanna yes I do have to go regularly to the hospital to be monitored. If I have any problems I have to go to the hospital.See how it goes.

Hi Mark

I imagine it's a bit of a nuisance but try not to worry too much - I have a health issue that is monitored regularly and it's kept under good control and hasn't been an issue.  As long as they are keeping an eye on the problem from time to time, that's good.

Very hot and steamy here and a big storm approaching.  I have relatives up in Cairns but they are higher up and OK in the floods.
