Today I am proud of myself as I made a call for help and shared my raw emotions. I usually never ask for help, let alone pick up the phone and let someone know I'm struggling. A big step!

I am proud of what I have achieved today as I went out by myself with all the negetivity that surrounds me atm I still made it out by myself!
