Dear All
The purpose of this thread is as a meeting point for those that can’t sleep and it is late (I.E. AFTER midnight.)
It can be a useful space for users to share their issues with insomnia as well as coping strategies. It can also be a general space for users to converse and support one another throughout a difficult night.
Please note – for those that are just bored or lonely we already have a place - the BB Café, which I recommend instead of here

Hi Everyone,
I hope you are all going OK if you are suffering with the floods right now. It makes me realise that my problems are tiny compared to others.
I'm lying in a makeshift tent trying to sleep as I have a job interview to attend tomorrow. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for interviews.
I really need to get this job. I need the job to earn enough money to go back and study to make my dreams come true.
There is so much pressure on me to do well that I'm not sure how to cope with that pressure anymore.
Regards,
Emo.

Hi Emo,
So glad to see your message and hear from you.
Hope you’re ok. It sounds like you feel added extra pressure on this interview. Be gentle on yourself - just think of this as one step for now.
Hugs and wishing you well.
Lillylane.

Emo welcome back, I'm so glad you came back and are keeping in touch!
Google search Amy Cuddy's "Power poses" - it's a Ted Talk.
This is GREAT prep for any situation we feel anxious about.
GOOD LUCK!
Love EM
