Can you think of 5 things you noticed or observed in nature today, using all your senses?
I was wondering if this would be a beneficial exercise to help us focus on something else instead of painful emotions, troubled thoughts, over thinking, anxiety feelings and the darkness of that alone place.
As well as to see that there really is beauty all around us....
Hello. Sunday evening/Monday morning. I noticed in nature/creation whilst laying peacefully in bed resting, looking out of the window, how much light the moon gives off that I can see right down my long yard and all the trees. I can also see my neighbours trees rather clearly in the distance. I can hear the crickets loud in the stillness of the night and the odd bird calling out. It's so calming, peaceful and relaxing of how our planet earth gives us to enjoyment even in the beauty of the night. Excellent therapy. With kind regards
Hello. I noticed in nature/creation yesterday, The afternoon sun rays peeking through the clouds. Birds lined up on tree branches waiting in for me to refill the birdbath. The neighbours trees shedding their leaves in many different colours as the season is gradually changing. With kind regards.
Hello. I noticed briefly yesterday afternoon some of my very old plants are in pots are sprouting with a new lease of life. It's amazing what a tiny bit of natural fertilizer can do for an very old plant of 40yrs in the same pot. Put a smile on my face to see that. The miniture kangaroo paws are looking real good after the heavy rains recently. Most plants were in pots now in the ground so I could simplify things. Enjoying the garden instead of being a slave to it. Thankyou and have a nice day. With kind regards.
Hello All. Yesterday until the wee hours this morning I noticed and heard in nature/creation: lots of different kinds new plants germinating from seeds either blown by the wind or birds leaving them there whilst passing by. Dark clouds gradually covering the blue sky and sun. Birds preparing in neighbours trees for a weather change. It has finally started to rain giving all my freshly trimmed bushes and trees a drink The gentle sound of the rain is so calming and relaxing listening to it. Hello Shelll and All. I noticed in nature/creation the last few days that the heavens has opened up with Huge heavy nonstop rainstorm downpours that has been come so sudden with icy cold arctic winds blowing a gale that temperatures almost dropped to subzero deg cel. What a contrast in weather patterns within a couple of days ago when it was a heatwave!! Saw briefly a bit of blue sky with the sun for about half an hour Take care. With kind regards
Hello . I noticed today in nature/creation Everything outside is looking fresh after those massive arctic weather rainstorms. All the dust is gone off the trees and shrubs. The ground fresh, all the dust that landed on the dwellings is gone. It's still icy cold Thank you for reading. With kind regards.
Hello. I noticed in nature/creation this afternoon the birds are singing to each other flying to one branch to another as I'm looking through the window. The sun peeking through the low dark clouds I hear in the distance local dogs barking. I feel the air getting icy again so better close it. With kind regards.
