Darling Butterfly (and a wave to all),
I’m gently holding my hand out to you to offer some comfort and love....I’m not in the least bit surprised that you’re feeling burnt out and over it. Considering your various duties and responsibilities, it would be close to impossible to not feel drained...
I do worry about your many duties and pressures. I think, and I believe you know it too, that when it comes down to it, you need more freedom/your own life. But at the moment, it’s loaded with financial pressures and family pressures and obligations...
I feel that’s partly why your certificates/education was so important, because it was for you. One of the few things you’ve done for yourself in recent times, and I admire that...very much...
I vaguely recall something about getting a carer to help out here and there, so you could have some time off. Is it okay if I ask how’s that going?
Sending many hugs, blue butterflies and my love...

Hello Little 🦋..
More importantly...How are you managing?..
I am still travelling on that unending road to wellness..as I think we all are...Some days are good, great or sad, yucky and no motivation..
I am learning a lot about PTSD and the effects it has on our brain...,through a really good trauma Counsellor who works for Victims Services....
Enough about me...How have you been and how are you?
Here for you always dear Starts..
Love and care with gentle warm hugs..💚🦋🤗.
Grandy..

We're so sorry to hear that life isn't going great right now. It sounds like you might have a lot of your mind at the moment, but please know that you're not alone and there is always support available.
We would strongly urge that in overwhelming moments you get in touch with our friends at Lifeline (13 11 14) or the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467).
We hope that you can find some comfort tonight.

Hi Startingnew,
Just dropped by to say hello and to thank you again for sending me a message on my thread.
I am sorry to read that you are struggling at present and you have a few things that are triggering you. Making hard decisions is never easy at the time but can be beneficial in the long run. It is a matter of being able to endure and accept what is happening now and working out how best to proceed.
My thoughts are with you. I hope you can find some help, strength and hope. I know they can be in short supply at times!
Sending you kind thoughts, virtual hugs and hope you can keep strong through these current battles.
Kindest regards from Dools
