I don't know where to start with this, there's so much in my head right now...
I've got nothing, but my cat...no job, no friends, far from a family priority etc. etc.
My mum died 10 years ago on 26.2 and I still miss her so badly, she was the only person I had who was in my corner. Everyone else (family, friends that currently aren't talking to me) say I play the victim and am all "woe is me"
My sister's said I look like a silverback gorilla and other such things. She's a bully who gets away with it all, because she's the favourite and "normal" (kids, married, no mental illness - although I have doubts about that last one). My dad's called me fat and said that "You're bent like your mother" (she was bipolar). He lives with me and getting him to do anything is such a battle, he doesn't feel like paying the rent, so it's left to me, goes to work when he feels like it, helps my sister with her house but won't with me etc. etc. etc....I could go on and on with them!!
I have a GP and a psychologist that I should go back to (sessions are free and they're within walking distance), but I wonder if it's worth it when my psychologist said me running an instagram account for a celebrity is me living in fantasy land
I won't write any more, because I can't see anyone replying. I've got nothing and nobody and just want to forget...

It's really good to read your posts about uni + other issues you're dealing with at present.
There's lots encouraging support from so many caring Ones at BB to help with your journey.
As Tim mentioned about getting a note book to jot down what's needed to be done.... 👍
Many people have used those simple ideas for centuries + still applies in modern times....
Writing things down is an excellent way to remember things no matter what it may be...
When comes to your uni group speech or anything else, as a further suggestion, write down...
"Key Words" ...
"Key Points"....
No need to write down umpteen amount info about your speech....
Make an outline...
Fill in what's needed...
Keep in it simple...
It's easier to remember...
MK, may feel You're the weakest link in the group as mentioned...
You Need to Try to Reverse Your Negetive Thoughts Into Positive Thoughts...
It Really Helps...
Nothing is Easy in Life..
Yes, it's a Struggle for Many..
It's a Real Challenge to keep going especially dealing with anxiety/depression & additional stress from uni,etc...
All You Can Do Is Your Best..
Nothing But Your Best...
As a teacher + a volunteer worker I've Always used this method...
So much easier....
Less stress...
MK... ... ...
You Need to Try Reverse Your Negative Thoughts into Positive Thoughts...
Don't Forget to Do Your Deep Breathing...
Focus on the Breathing for about 10 minutes...
Will help you to relax...
MK...
"You Can Do It"...
"You Can Do it"...
"YouCan Do It"...
Repetition For Emphasis...
Just Be Yourself By Doing Your Best...
Wishing You Well...
Take Care...

I tried to get my head into revising for my exams today, but my brain just wouldn't co-operate, so I did most the printing I need.
Will try again tomorrow, but I think I'm exhausted from the presentation, so maybe Saturday is more likely...we'll see tomorrow

I got a P2 for the politics essay. 53%. It's weighted at 50%.
How do I work out if I passed the boring subject, then?! Please, oh please don't let me have failed...
I got a Credit for an assignment worth 10%, a P1 (60%) worth 10%, A P1 (62%) worth 10%, A P2 (50%) worth 20%...I hate that the higher the weight, the lower my mark...not good

Sounds to me like you passed!
if you google the "Academic grading in Australia" you will get a bunch of links but just go to wikipedia page. A fail is < 50. And I will not bother doing the maths to average out your scores, because at the end of the day you PASSED (as far as I can tell).
So please tell me you are happy. Especially if this was a subject you hated.
Can I ask you one question... once you get your assignments back, do you ever speak with the lecturer about your work to get ideas how to improve upon it for next time?

I found some info from a Queensland uni about how to figure out final grades, and I think I got between 55.3% and 56.1%....so big phew there!! I didn't get a percentage mark with the credit so I just calculated 65% and 74% which is where a credit falls. So yes, I am happy and SO relieved!!
I didn't ask for feedback because all the lecturers wrote a fair bit, but perhaps I should in future, as well as organise myself better so I can utilise student support.

I've given myself five days for each...come on brain...
I have a feeling I'm going to go completely blank when the time comes.

Got a few hours of revision in before it got too hot (32 & humid). It's meant to only be 27 tomorrow, so hopefully I'll get more done.
Still/always struggling...

Oh Music Freak
Yes its great you got your revision done before it warmed up. 🙂
Melbourne weather seems to be like it at present. All humid + gloomy.. 😞
I wanted to write a letter earlier about your negative thinking pattern but wasn't able to due to my "own medical issues" I'm currently dealing with.
Was in the oncology unit last week had all sorts of uglies done only to find out it's back to the cancer department Again 😞
I'll get through it again.!
Our Thought Patterns Can Have a Massive Impact on Anything we Try to Accomplish in life. It's the way we view things...
Will give you some info about Positive Thinking soon...
You'll Pull Through even though you're Struggling.
At least you haven't "Chucked the Towel" in yet .That's aPositive to know you're Still Trying...
Well done 🙂
Keep moving forward 👍
Take care.
Keep your Chin up!:)

Hello MF,
So sorry you're feeling broken from uni .... you are almost there. Just got to get through the exams and you're done. What's their weighting?
Keep going MF, you can do it, and then you get a wonderfully long break over the summer.
Hear your Mum by your shoulder gently encouraging you on. You're making her proud.
A reward for after your exams would be a good idea.
Chikkenleggs, I am very sorry to hear that your health has taken a turn for the worse. I hope they are able to get you through this next bout without you feeling too sick ... it is such an ordeal and I'm sorry you're going through it.
