Dear Lilly
You are not causing any trouble. Is there anyone else you could access as a caseworker such as a social worker or occupational therapist? Your GP or psychiatrist should be able to help you with this?
It would be really great if someone could support you with your appointments. Think about it. You don’t have to do this alone.

Dearest Lilly,
Like Jojo has pointed out so many times, you are stronger than you think.
I understand how painful trusting can be - and I can not preach to you, as this is the very process I am trying to do myself.
I guess s is a final choice, and if you take that would it really matter what people think? therefore is it worth giving trusting someone and seeking help a try first - I am not trying to make this sound simple or easy, cause it is far from it, and I am terrified myself - pretty much for the same reasons you are. On top of it, I live in a small community, so if I get exposed (which will happen at some point) it will be known by all, so I need to be able to deal with that.
There is no quick fix and there never will be, but there is hope. Yes it hurts to hope.
One of my favourite sayings - "Dare to hope" - why? because it requires the willingness and courage to choose hope with the knowledge you will be hurt.
Lilly, even if you do not see it or believe it, trust Jojo and I, you have the courage to hope, you just need to be willing to.
I do want to wish you a good night, but I know it wont be. So I hope you will do your best to keep safe. Jojo and I are with you, you are not alone.
Lots of Love,
Saree

Dear Lilly
Sounds like you are soldiering on from day to day with your flu and asthma. I am lucky I don’t seem to get colds or the flu (touch wood!). I take Centrum every second day which I am convinced really helps.
I have had a good day thanks, but was quite slack - I cleaned out my fridge, cooked up the stew, played with my little dog and played a few games of scrabble on my iPad. Plan to catch up with some friends tomorrow and have coffee. Will make an appointment with my vacuum cleaner for another day lol!
How was work today? How do you cope with your anxiety at work?
Stay safe & warm xox

Dear Jojo and saree,
Saree you would never upset me .
Jojo it’s hard at work with my anxiety . I can hardly make it there but keep pushing . All day I am trying not show my. Agitation and anxiety They know there is something going on with me for sure .They have seen it multiple times. It’s difficult to mask it all day . I think that’s why I am so exhausted when I get home . Nothing left to fight with.
Enjoy your coffee tomorrow

Dear Lilly
You are truly awesome to manage work every day feeling like you do. I am not surprised you feel exhausted when you get home. Is there any time when the agitation and anxiety stops at home? Is there ever any relief? Even a few moments?
It seems to me that your body is stuck in a learned mode of fear so that you can never relax (correct me if that doesn’t sound right?). I think doing some relaxation excercises could really help you a lot although I realise concentrating might be difficult. Let me know what you think.
Hope your flu is improving. Thoughts are with you xox
With love
Your forever friend Jojo 🌻
