Hi,

Can anyone answer that question, it's odd, every evening I'm full of hope, eg: tomorrow I will do this and that and be proactive, next morning, step out of bed into a pre dug hole.

Regards

Hi Retchy, I often feel like this and when my depression and anxiety is bad. I often wake up with extreme anxiety and too much adrenaline and don't know how to get through the day. I also get bad neusea with this as well. I'm actually going through this atm as I'm starting a new anti depressant and going through withdrawal from my previous one. When it's the end of the day it's like my body finally relaxes and so does my mind but in the morning it starts all over again. This comes and goes and I just hope the next day will be better than the last.

Chloe Hi

Wondering with the excess adrenalin in mornings if a bit of hard excercise to get it out of your system, give it something to do rather than sitting inside, might get it out.

You are not the only one.

i suffer general anxiety social anxiety and ADHD.

i always feel better at night because the day is done!

there is nothing more at that time I can do to fix a problem or organise anything or deal with the phone or bills etc. a lot of people are all home than just being themselves and there not interested in what I'm doing or how I'm coping. So there not running around angry one busy work day threatening me with any of the above.

and I always get up earlier than anyone in my house so I can have that quiet time to myself to prepare for the day. I can do it all much better after I have that time.
