The BB cafe is open for business!
Welcome all to a new chill and chat place for everyone on the forum.
The BB cafe is whatever you want it to be. There are comfy sofas, tables and chairs, coffee machines, a kitchen stocked with everything. There's a pool outside, a bbq area, an annexe with comfy beds for a quiet sleep, tv, dvd, books and whatever else you would like to have here.
Most of all, it's a place to meet friends and fellow travellers for a bit of company. Talk over problems, tell jokes, share your day, escape into a world of your making. Grab a coffee and pull up a chair ...
So, with a nod to the wonderful Carole King (Hard Rock Cafe) ...
Now if you're feeling just a little bit lonely
Don't sit at home just mopin'
Come on down to where the friendship flows freely
You know the door is always open
At the BB cafe
Come to the BB cafe
They will help keep your blues at bay
At the BB cafe
Important Message from ModSupport:

Hello Everyone….
Their is a huge Dam about 20 kilometres from the place I saw poor fishy….Maybe she/he fell off of a tinny boat or a fishing boat….There are lots of fish in the dam….I like the idea that fishy maybe swam under the road and came up through a pot hole much better though😂😂😂….I wish at the time I took a photo….fishy wasn’t their this morning when I drove past…maybe he was a foxes dinner last night…..RIP…little fishy where ever you are…Paws…UF0’s sounds good too😂😂..
My Nanna, used to pop a blob of Ice cream into a glass of lime soda and called it a spider and gave it to me when I was lucky enough to stay at her’s on the very rare occasions…..Loved spending time with my Nanna and Pop…mmMeKitty so true about the frothy bubbles on the top of fresh lemon juice in soda water…..love that drink on a hot summers day…
ecomama, those possums sounds so cute….Being in close contact to you from such a young age, hopefully means lots of fun and mischievous times with them…
Hope everyone has or had a wonderful day today….
Hugs everyone,
Grandy 🤗

Just popping in to ask if anyone saw the lunar eclipse Tuesday night?
I had buildings in the way - I'm getting too anxious about walking out to the street at night.
I'd really like to think some of us saw it.The next isn't due until 2025.
Happy dreams everyone.

Yes Grandy lol, the possies are VERY cute! And very cheeky lol. Love them.
Yes Kitty, we all gathered on the balcony for a wonderful view of the lunar eclipse.
It was BEAUTIFUL, a mystical experience for sure.
I'd forgotten about it until I took the bins out lol. Saw my neighbour out there watching it, we had a chat.
I called the kids to come watch it too. Amazing.
THEN did anyone see the Moon the NEXT night? SO crisp and clear against a deep blue sky, just gorgeous.
JUST as exciting lol is that we're up to PAGE 1986 in the Cafe now!! WOW!
At this rate we might surpass the 2022 page target by NYE lol!
All good beautiful people,
Love EM

Yes I loved the red moon...the moon has been wonderful every night ever since. as you can see by my photo, I am very attuned to the Full Moon and do a little "ritual" outside in the dark under the full moon every single month. I am a night person, definitely not a morning person....much prefer a sunset to a sunrise and begin to come alive around 4.30pm or whenever the yellowness of the day begins to disappear.....Moonstruck xx

Hello Everyone…🤗..
Geoff I’m so sorry that you’ve been unwell and in hospital…sending some healing videos along with my love, care and a hug…Please do look after your precious self💕.
I saw the red moon on Tuesday night…it was so beautiful…I went to sit outside and take a picture, which I did but my phone camera didn’t catch the red shades at all…..I’m lucky enough to see the moon when I’m in bed at night…If I wake up I can see it different places…
I made a cup of tea last night…I got out my glass canisters one with the tea bags in it…the other sugar….and my mug…I put my 3 spoonfuls of sugar in it….Hmm yep 3…then poured the hot water into it…went and got my milk to add to it…..😂😂😂 just as I was about to add the milk I thought how dark the tea was….I realised I added the boiling water and sugar into my tea bag canister with 7 tea bags in it..😂😂😂…I yelled at myself at first…my dogs done a door dash ….after a few minutes just laughed so much…..at my dogs reaction and because I still do silly thing when I’m not mindful….
Cuppa Tea anyone😂😂..
Hugs everyone..
Grandy..

Hi, Grandy, Moon Geoff, EM, Quirky & all.
Don't we all do the oddest things when our minds are somewhere else, instead of what we are doing! Really, I think everyone does. I do my best to not get cranky with myself - precisely because it is so human, when we are tiredd, or not quite awake yet, or our minds are pre-occupied, or someone has started talking, even if it's the radio or tele, & we are listening to that, & distracted - it's so easy to make some seemingly weird mistakes. I get distracted so often, I'm only surprised I don't make such mistakes more often.
*
I'm glad so many have seen the lunar eclipse. Can you imagine yourself in the shadow of the Earth, with the Moon in front of you, & the Sun so far behind, on the other side of the Earth, all aligned? How does that make you feel?
Me, I know I'm tiny, but I'm smiling twice as big/ I enjoy trying to capture the scale of things in my mind, you know, getting a different perspective of everything.
