I've been wanting to come in here for a while now... ok I'm here now.
Chistmas can be for many, crazy and stressful, but also it's a beautiful and meaningful time of year. it's a time to gather together with family and friends to create good memories to hold dear and close to your heart.
Its like for that single day that someone waves a magic wand on "Christmas Day". then everything seems different, like that day becomes more beautiful, softer, peaceful, it's a day when your time is given to family and friends, I believe that there is no greater gift anyone can give someone else other then their time, it's priceless.
With Christmas I usually think of 3 words, faith, hope, love.
FAITH, being religious or spiritual beliefs, HOPE, being for a better tomorrow and life, LOVE, of good family and friends spending time together.
I have read and heard, so many people worrying about not having money to buy presents for children, parents, brothers,sisters,etc. does it really matter, imo I don't think it does, you cannot buy love or friendship. Give your time to them, a day at the beach, a barbie out back, a good memory that lasts longer then a gift. Most family and friends know your hard times and are happy with your company for the day.. Please don't stress over gifts.
A lot of people like myself will spend the day alone, it's only a day once a year, but to the ones spending it alone that day could feel like a week. Their only wish for Christmas Day is not for a gift, it is for someone to spend even a few hours of their "time" with them.
So please don't stress about Christmas. Enjoy the day for what it is, a day to spend "time" with family and friends.
