Alone in a room full of people

Misslauren93
Community Member

The thing I am finding the hardest to cope with is that when I put on my brave face and go out in public everyone thinks I am magically Better and no longer need help or support

They don't see the mess once the doors are closed

I am not good at being alone and I hate being around people

I just want to scream,  no I'm not ok!

Everyone says they will be there If you ever need but I don't see one person here, just another empty room

Hi Misslauren

I do understand your frustration.  And if you are like me, it would have been hard to take that step to post your story on BB.  Now that you have done so, I hope that you will feel better by knowing that on this forum you are not alone.  Talk to us.  Tell us more about our story.  There are many many people on here that know exactly how you feel, people of all ages.

So please get back to us and tell us how long you have been feeling like this, do you have anyone close that gives you support? Whatever you would like to talk about, there is always someone here to listen.

take care

It sounds like your feeling confused about stuff these are just normal feelings but they are not normal if you feel them all the time have you considered calling a trained councillor from Life Line and having a chatt about what's on your mind to try and bring some clarity back into your life again. Hope this helps..

Kind regards,

Flex
