Sometimes I feel like I am doing ok and then I am not. I don't know how to measure progress.

Progress can be measured in many ways but focusing on one thing can be helpful. It’s easier to measure behaviours like not eating junk or saying dumb stuff. It’s harder to measure and keep track of negative thoughts and feelings. Reaching out on this forum is progress so I suppose focusing on positive things you are doing and keep on doing them.
