Thnaks for all your updates about your daughter.
I am glad to hear that your daughter is taking her medication.
I remember I used to dread by depression and jus wait fir my highs but my family would dread my highs and prefervthe depression as I was quieter and easier to mange.
Of course they were aware of how awful depression is but I can see now my mum was exhausted from my highs and J would be so rude argumentative and my behaviour was wild.
you sound like such a caring mum and one thing I wanted was to feel I had some control in my life especially when I felt many decisions were made by others.
keep posting here as much as you like. You are not alone and there is support.
There is also another thread This bipolar life that you may like to look at . the first post is a great analogy about moods and lifts. you are most welcome to stop by there anytime.

Hi Teriyaki
You have really given me something to think about, my daughter not liking Hospital due to the trauma of supporting her husband through cancer , I guess there are so many things we dont consider, it would be great if we could have more friendly spaces and better community treatment , I know this would be the way to go , however at least we are having the conversation, I wish you all the best
Warmest Regards Massie
