Today iv found, im not sure where a true physical illness begins or what may just be a symptom.
My husband has PTSD and depression. He wont evin make himself a coffee, and today he says hes unwell with a stomach thing and dizzyness.
I feed him, try to make him eat, but dont forse, do everything you would for a child minus showering etc. The grimpyness mixed with sad mixed with ill is hard work mentally. Issue's with other people's incompatance, "in his mind" are through the roof. Having him get through a conversation with anyone on the phone "or meeting" without a meltdown of some kind is stressing!! Tell me im not alone?
Is anyone else trying to cope with these issue's and moor?

Reeanna,
I am wondering what kind of help and assistance your husband is receiving for his condition from his Dr or other Mental Health professionals. It certainly does sound like you have your hands full!
It may be beneficial for you to use the phone help line and have a chat with someone here at Beyond Blue. They might be able to put you in touch with a support group or assistance in your area.
Just having a chat with someone about how you are feeling and coping may be beneficial as well.
I'm certainly not in a position like your at all so don't know how best to offer assistance. Just wanted to let you know there are options available for you to talk to people on the phone as well as using this forum to reach out.
Cheers for now from Mrs. Dools
