I’m proud of myself for getting through a full day at work without falling to pieces, even though I can’t remember a day where I have loathed myself more than I do today. I even managed to have a productive day, in between bouts of sobbing in the bathroom. Including a successful one-on-one meeting with my manager where I received positive feedback.

All of this when I really wanted to be at home in the foetal position on my bed. I think that’s a good effort 👍
