Hi everyone..
Their are days when just getting out of bed is a huge achievement...Other days we can achieve things like washing up the dishes or clothes, sweeping the floors, mopping the floors..very mundane and automatic robot like chores for the mentally well...They do these chores without even thinking about them...for people struggling with their mental health..these are huge tasks...
Very often I’ll get my vacuum cleaner out to vacuum ...then it will sit their for days, me looking at it, walking over it...until I can get motivated enough to vacuum..after I do find the motivation to vacuum...I am pleased with myself...
Right now I have a small foot cycling peddle machine, sitting on my front veranda..I got it out last week..to start exercising..it’s still their, I’m still looking at it...My thoughts each night is I’ll use it for a few minutes tomorrow..
My car hasn’t been washed getting close to a year now I think...Today I did managed to wash it....and discovered that it has a nice shine on it.....I did it...I achieved something positive today..which made me feel better in myself...
Have you achieved a little something today...and how did it make you feel...If you want to share that achievement it might make other people a bit more motivated to achieve something they need/want to do..
Looking forward to hearing about your achievement....and how it made you feel..
Little steps and achievements can lead to bigger steps..and bigger achievements...
My kindest and most caring thoughts...everyone.
Grandy...

Hello everyone....🤗
Yesterday...at my volunteer job, I was asked to learn the cash register and I agreed to it....
Its the third time I’ve been asked and I said yes...as I felt ready to push myself out of my comfort zone...

Hello everyone...
Yes getting things done...no matter how small does give us a little feeling of um...idk maybe satisfaction with ourselves...
Well done walking to the shops and back..it’s like your in trading for a much bigger walk in the near future...
Just a reminder..that no matter what you achieve, whether it’s making your bed, getting up out of bed, doing some washing, ironing, cleaning, gardening or anything else you do...that’s called an achievement and you should be proud of yourself/selves....well done everyone....you are doing your best no matter what it is....and your best is always good enough.....
Love, hugs and care everyone with a beautiful rose 🌹 for everyone....your all special, unique and awesome people..

Today I went to the gym and moved my body even though I was really tired. I felt so much better after and I am proud of myself for going!
For those celebrating their own little wins, yes pushing yourself is great but also remember that sometimes taking a break and allowing yourself the time to heal is actually much more beneficial and is a win in itself!

Hello Everyone...
Awe that’s so sweet Quirky, my singing has been referred as a cat that got his tailed caught and is screaming it’s head off.....🙀😂
Today after a very unmotivated week....I got out my vacuuming and vacuumed...Now the dust mites can party in my vacuum cleaner and not on my furniture and flooring...lWoohoo my house is dust free for a few hours..
Anyone achieved something through the week....
Hugs to everyone with my care and respect...
Grandy..

I am trying hard to find something I achieved, been a frustrating day.
I refrained from complaining about something someone did for me. It was not what I wanted but I decided saying what I wanted would cause an argument and it was not important.
I feel pleased I could control my emotions. A small achievement.

I have cleaned out all my kitchen cabinets and drawers and wiped them out and decluttered them.
Now I can stand back and admire how clean and neat they are! It feels good!
