Small achievement you managed to do today....How did it make you feel? Did it help you feel better today?

Hi everyone..
Their are days when just getting out of bed is a huge achievement...Other days we can achieve things like washing up the dishes or clothes, sweeping the floors, mopping the floors..very mundane and automatic robot like chores for the mentally well...They do these chores without even thinking about them...for people struggling with their mental health..these are huge tasks...
Very often Iβll get my vacuum cleaner out to vacuum ...then it will sit their for days, me looking at it, walking over it...until I can get motivated enough to vacuum..after I do find the motivation to vacuum...I am pleased with myself...
Right now I have a small foot cycling peddle machine, sitting on my front veranda..I got it out last week..to start exercising..itβs still their, Iβm still looking at it...My thoughts each night is Iβll use it for a few minutes tomorrow..
My car hasnβt been washed getting close to a year now I think...Today I did managed to wash it....and discovered that it has a nice shine on it.....I did it...I achieved something positive today..which made me feel better in myself...
Have you achieved a little something today...and how did it make you feel...If you want to share that achievement it might make other people a bit more motivated to achieve something they need/want to do..

Little steps and achievements can lead to bigger steps..and bigger achievements...

Congratulations Grandy! Well done!
I have my second jab this coming Saturday.
It was so lovely & sunny here today, it lifts my spirits when itβs sunny. In an effort to stop sitting on the lounge all day everyday, I did some vacuuming. Not a lot, but I feel good that Iβve done some. You can sure see where Iβve done! Even that is encouraging.

Congratulations Topsy....Well done...
Wail...well done to you as well...Sometimes I will spend days and nights on the lounge....I hope you manage to get some soap...if not a nice warm rinse is refreshing as well....
I am out on my front veranda just relaxing in the beautiful sun...I did sweep my floors this morning and done some washing...I think thatβs about my achievements for today...
Remember everyone...small achievements open the way for bigger achievements....

today i made my bed,
self critic is telling me its not as nice as othr ppl make it
but it looks fine
i mismatched some spotted linen from kmart with some really nice from adairs that i got second hand
it looks nice

Hello. Yesterday (sunday) made my bed.
Washed, dried and put away dishes in their proper places.
Cleaned kitchen sink all. sparkling clean. That's the best i could do.

Had a bit of a read back. You've all done very well.
It's so hard to do when beasty (depression) or poor mh have a hold so I really hope you all allow yourself to feel good. Win to the good people π
I'm working on getting more weight off, lost 17 + so far.
Ate half the choccy bickies I habit often daily. Felt so proud and same today.
Last couple days we got stuck into unpacking. Feels fantastic.
Sleepy hi lovey. You know how the inner critic says the beds not as good as others. It's a bully. Don't accept that thought. You can tell beasty it's better than being unmade and that you're happy with it βΊ

I'm finding very gently pushing through "no I don't want to" and doing as you say Grandz is the beginning to bigger things. I'm not most of the time settling for no now days. Woot πππ€ΉββοΈ

Par boiled lots of veggies, packed into snap bags after it was cool and put into my tiny fridge/freezer.

Well done Ezzi, having stuff packed up to go is an enormous self-care triumph! Love it.
Today i went for a walk around the park. It was an interesting sensation as I have social anxiety. Well done me!
I also made myself a nice makeshift dinner with fish, which is good for my brain and mood.
