Dear All
The purpose of this thread is as a meeting point for those that can’t sleep and it is late (I.E. AFTER midnight.)

It can be a useful space for users to share their issues with insomnia as well as coping strategies. It can also be a general space for users to converse and support one another throughout a difficult night.

Please note – for those that are just bored or lonely we already have a place - the BB Café, which I recommend instead of here

hey owls

my sleep has been awful and unbearably broken up. night terrors plus unable to get to sleep for hours, then poor sleep. Awful.
Anyone having better luck?

Morning ya crazy Harpbird frog! Im sad about ur headache, that sux. Have ya tried the ice pack on back of neck or between shoulder blades?

or the laying down on floor on back, with a small book under head to facilitate spine comfort?

Thanks D&G , I can’t do ice packs, I am a crazy cold frog, lol i do use heat packs and they help while they are around my neck. I have stenosis and that’s what causes the migraines. Due for in cervical injection tomorrow so hopefully that will get rid of them again.
