Dear All
The purpose of this thread is as a meeting point for those that can’t sleep and it is late (I.E. AFTER midnight.)
It can be a useful space for users to share their issues with insomnia as well as coping strategies. It can also be a general space for users to converse and support one another throughout a difficult night.
Please note – for those that are just bored or lonely we already have a place - the BB Café, which I recommend instead of here

But yeah , and if you take into account the garage and workshop here, l work at home , not to mention the round about yards. l had small acreage before this place but l reckon we walk way more here, cracks you up.

It has only been the last month where I have had issues with sleeping. I so much notice the difference. Head feels heavy and not clear. Just moving around in a daze and not fully with it. It's much more challenging to get out and walk or do other exercise. Even my eyes feel heavy and droopy.
Went to bed around 2am, even though I did sleep around 6 hours or so. I certainly feel like I have not slept at all.

Hello everyone,
if I sleep 3 hrs without waking I feel I have had a good nights sleep. I sometimes am awake from w
2 am to 5 pm thinking and being restless
wishing all a good nights sleep.

my friend today told m she thinks i should take something to sleep, or do EMDR or hypnosis
I'm not sure either of those things will help me and feel bit negative that any of it will
I sure am tired though. Just a few hours a night 😞

My gf has some pills here that'll knock out and elephant , l don't use them much either though not crazy about meds. Now and then l cut one in half and take that , even one half will have you sleeping like a log 3 nights running.
