Warmth

the sunlight is warm on my back;

people here are very warm, accepting and welcoming - far more so than many of my own friends and family - thank you so much, it has helped more than you will realise and has helped lead me to...

and finally, my self-attitude is warm and forgiving which is a huge change from the self hatred I have been pushing onto myself so much recently.

😸Have you been out in the garden, by chance,Grandy?

(That made me laugh, today, Grandy - although you didn't necessarily mean for it to, so I'm sorry for if it upsets you... it was just unexpected to read those words. )

I've been all over the emotional spectrum - no, not faling in love; I didn't do that one! I have felt frustrated, angry, hurt, disappointed, determined, satisfied, grateful, fearful, irritated, & sad... & I'm tired.

Hi Geoff, that's what known as 'cynical' - half of what I am!

For now, I'm resigned, to being awake again at 4:15, barely four hours of sleep, but there seems no way I'm getting back to sleep for some hours. It's become a pattern I don't understand. Also I am pretty sure I'll be able to sleep after lunch. Unfortunately, I don'tthink I can fool myself into thinking breakfast is lunch.🙀/😾

So, include: irritated, puzzled, weary & grumpy.
