Me and my ex broke up at around about just after Christmas last year and we had a great relationship going, but there was one thing that annoyed me. One night while doing "activitys" I told her to stop yet she didn't and kept going and I kept trying to stop her but she kept me down and sexually assaulted me that night.
I'm now in a state of confusion, stress, anxiety and depression with this as the thoughts of that night still lingers in my mind till this day.
Is there anything I can do to help it or just somehow remove the thoughts from thinking about it as it just pops into my mind every night to this day, even something little would help.

Hi Murd,
Im really sorry this happened to you.
If this is distressing you I highly recommend you speak to your gp, you could do a mental health plan together this will enable you to see a psychologist…… a psychologist can help you to deal with this.
Here to chat

Hi Murd,
I'm so sorry to hear what has happened to you. I too have experienced trauma in my life and had all the feelings of confusion, stress, anxiety and depression.
I agree with Petal22 that seeing a GP to get some sessions with a psychologist would likely be a tremendous help to you. You don't have to go into any explicit detail with your GP. You can discuss your symptoms and draw up a mental health care plan.
If that seems too much right now then 1800RESPECT as Sophie suggested would be a good place to start.
If you feel like chatting here more about it as well I'm here to listen. Reaching out the way you are now and getting some support will work towards reducing those feelings and finding a way to make sense of things.
Sending you love
