It's like a feeling just bubbling up to the surface. It's panicky and disgusting and I dont' know what to do with it. There's no thoughts associated with it. It's a feeling. A really gross one. I called the Suicide Call Back service. I didn't find them helpful. What do you do? What helps you?

Hello Katy, wave to Sleepy, Hanna & everyone,

Can we swap our furs???... Woofa has been wanting his breakfast about 2 hours earlier than usual these last few weeks... no idea what started him off... seriously though it's good to hear both yours are doing ok

I'm guessing the wet cold weather isn't helping your motivation to spend any time out of bed... Lass are you eating??... healthy or comfort food... either is better than nothing... you sound so very low... I'm worried about whether you even have any food in the house...

I'm ok... crackers & cheese for tea tonight... I've done nothing this week... just settling after my visitor

Sending you the gentlest of hugs

Hello

I don’t watch women’s tennis, but good on her 🙂 Dylan Alcott won his too. That’s great.

Cold and sunny with an incoming migraine here. I walked Stormy (finally! Poor girl) near the water this morning and we got attacked by aggressive seagulls. That was pretty random. Saw a gorgeous big bird of prey that looked like a juvenile. The seagulls swooped him too but he looked less bothered by it than we were.

Of to the grocery store before this migraine settles in.

Do you think it’s the weather, Paws? Maybe Woofa thinks a full belly sounds comforting.

Hugs to all xo

Hello Katy,

I'm guessing you are laid up with your migraine.... they are mongrel things... I hope it buggers off quickly for you lass...

The weather out your way looks nasty... stay safe

Gentle hugs

Hello

Sitting in the sun out the back while there’s a break in the weather. I have 3 peas on my plants now, despite the ongoing snail problem. Unfortunately the pots are too large to hang. All my pot plants have so far survived the gale force winds and rain - phew! Not over yet, however…

The furs have followed me outside. It’s actually lovely atm - 16 degrees. Mmmmm

Hope everyone is finding a spot of joy in the day x

Hi Katy

A very quick hello. I had to get help for my gas bill yesterday and Sam had his arthritis needle and today I need a haircut and do shopping... It's a bit cold and rainy here.. The flooding in Perth looked bad I hope you are OK there.

Everyone in masks here it's worrying. I'm trying to book my second vaccination jab but can't get through on the phone.... It's so busy.

Pats to Stormy 🙂🔆🎶💝🎠🐾

Hello

Great that you got help with your bill, Hanna. Yes, the covid situation is worrying - did you manage to get an appointment?

Im trying to figure out what to do. Feel in such a pickle, all I’ve done is cry. I’m not mentally in the right space to do uni stuff, but also not in the right mental space to talk to anyone about it. The uni called and left a message today as I missed my appointment with my external supervisor. Wish I had someone to speak on my behalf, but nope, I have no-one.

Life needs a big pause button. I can’t do the things right now, just gimme a minute, or a day, or in this case a few weeks. Arggghhhh. Help 😞

Hello Katy,

Oh Lass... Here is the gentlest most comforting hug xx

Lass if you remember the support people at the uni have been very understanding... I wonder if you are not up to talking to someone... perhaps you could make contact by text message... even if it is just to the support people there... saying you are struggling with your mh & not able to manage talking about it...

I know with me the longer I put something off the more insurmountable it seems... lass could you find it in you to ring your psych... or one of the helplines... just so you hear a living voice in support... it's ok if at first all you do is cry down the phone... I've done that before... they are used to it...

I will keep popping in & checking on you

Hi. Katy

I wish I could help but I'm not sure what has happened to make you feel so bad.

I agree with paws is there a counsellor at the uni you could talk to? Is this because of your prac?

I'll try to come by again and see how you're going but I hope you can find someone at the uni to help support you, it's horrible to feel like this and be alone.

We do care about you here. I'll check on you later.

Something will be worked out try not to stress out too much 🤔

Hugs 💝
