Not coping after disclosure

Please help me. Im really struggling.

last night i disclosed something that ive kept with me for 2 years now. Im already struggling with ptsd anxiety and depression but the event that i disclosed also comes under ptsd.

I rang a hotline and the first time in 2 years ive spoken about it and im so embarrassed and ashamed. I hate myself and blame myelf for it. And im terriffied! !

the course is so hard! Its really advanced but im enjoying it none the less. I might have to see if I can find a tutor though as some of the stuff isnt explained properly.
I was careful shopping today, I asked them to make the bags lighter and pop gave me a hand as well. It wasnt a big shop anyway just the essentials and to cocer the next few days.
Its already so frsutrating, its stopping me from doing so much!


Yes that dreadful tooth, I want it out but I wish I didnt have to be there either lol.


The little willy wagtails are really cute, I love seeing them while im out and about. I think theres a nest where I walk though cause they swoops abit. Rather strange to see them swooping but it only last a few steps then it stops again.

what a wonderful surprise to see you pop up! Thank you for thinking of me and for posting


the torn muscles are in a rather odd place, I didnt know we could even strain those! Learn something new everyday hey. I have been resting as much as possible despite my boredom. The rains contributed to that though, ive really only left the house to go to the shops and just a few other places but not a lot. They said the first 2 weeks will be the worst and providing I keep resting and taking it easy it should be fully healed in 6 weeks. The stronger pain meds I wont need for much longer so it goes in well with the tooth extraction as well.


Yes.. tomorrow.... completely dreading it! I have some sedatives that ill take abit before I go and ask someone to take me and pick me up as they said its an hr-1.5 hr long appointment. Though im not to sure why if it only takes a few minutes to take the tooth out.....
ive been telling myself that I just have to get through it, deal with it each step of the way then hopefully itll all be over until I hear back from the surgical team for the next step.


I am so glad to be studying again, I have missed it and its been something ive wanted to do for a long time now. It is really hard though but im up for the challenge, it helps that im actually interested in it too though.


Aww your so sweet, thank you. im really only putting one foot in front of the other just as everyone else. Im sorry I havent been on your thread for a little while, I do read quite often though. Are you going ok tonight?

Wishing you all the very best for the dentist trip. While I am at the dentist I close my eyes and try to bring happy memories to mind or I try to think of a country for every letter of the alphabet, a flower and so on. Anything to distract the mind.

All the best with the study! Congratulations on starting that up.

Hope the body heals well and your muscles soon repair themselves.

You mentioned willy wag tails, they are sweet birds aren't they! I too have been dive bombed by them in our garden but they have never connected with my head like magpies can do.

While in the garden on Saturday I hear a chick chirping and followed the sounds to see a little bird in a nest. I am unsure of what type the bird is. These birds have only shown up this last year in our garden.

Hey Guys

So the dental appointment didnt go ahead. i got there but then found out they had cancelled my appointment without even notifying me of it. i asked why they had cancelled it and they said becasue they dont take wisdom teeth out and i said yes, but this appointment wasnt for my wisdom teeth it was for another tooth, so reception went and spoke to the dentist and had a look at the scans etc again and i was told that they arent sure why the appointment was made becasue i need an oral surgeon so i need to wait on a hospital to get back to me. apparently its a 6 month wait and ive been on it for 3 months almost 4 now so maybe it wont be too long...

Awe little butterfly I’m so really sorry about the mix up, Getting yourself prepared to go through what you were going to have to do and then the relief of hoping it would be the end to your tooth/ mouth pain would be so disappointing..I don’t know what’s wrong with these “professional” people anymore, they are really not very compassionate or caring anymore....

I hope the next few months go quickly for you sweetheart without too much more pain or infections....My thoughts are with you a lot...

Inhavent been around much lately but am getting better in myself so will visit you more often if that’s okay...You’re incredibly strong little butterfly, you’re beautiful wings take you higher and higher, you’re such an inspiration to so many...me included..Wishing you all the best wishes for your health both physical and mental...

Yes those little willy wag tails are sweet, I havent seen them in a few days though as I havent been walking due to the rain and the horses have been super muddy so havent been walking in that area. Tomorrow maybe though as its only suppose to be cloudy with minimal showers so might be a good day to go there.

it was frustrating but I can understand where they are coming from, if theres a high chance of complications then id rather not be awake for it and just get all 5 done all at the same time. I might hear from the hospital soon as I contacted them and asked them to check where im at. Fingers crossed I hear back this week to say how long. I had a read of your thread too and I think I understand where your coming from in your entire post. Ill try to come back tomorrow, ive been feeling a little overwhelmed today (and may have done something im going to regret in regards to work) and want to give a proper response.

its ok, I would rather just it be over and done with so my fingers are crossed I hear back from the hospital soon. I just wished they had of run to tell me they cancelled instead of me travelling an hr there (and back). I think ive done something abit stupid in regards to work which im regretting abit but im desparate atm and stuck between sucha rock and hard place ive no idea what im meant to do. Thank you for your kind words, they mean so much to me. You can also visit as often or as little as you like, this can be your safe place to if you need somewhere to talk. I never mind listening.
