Jackson, have you had your appt, how is that going. I remember you saying they were fortnightly. If you haven't been sleeping your anxiety is going to be worse. Were the meds making you feel better at least?

CMF I haven't had my appointment I don't want to go, the meds were helping but I am just so dumb.

Don't know why I stopped taking my meds I just did it I'm so stupid

I know I have to go to my appointment i just can't it makes me so anxious

everyrging right now is too overwhelming I feel physically sick my eyes are tired but I can't sleep

There is nothing remotely stupid about you at all...

You are a legend. Your appointment is no different to seeing a doc for an infection.....anxiety is partially physical anyway (chemically based)

I wish I wasnt so scared of deep water....I know you arent...You have the courage there....its just hard to find...

Be gentle to yourself Jackson...you are worth it.
