Everything is even worse than it before I started taking them and I can't think properly I have slept like 4 hours this week in total I feel so sick everything is just messed up

I know you don't like the meds but if you are feeling worse than before then maybe better to stay on them or at least go back to your gp. Have you had your psych appt? How is that going? Have you been able to go to work? Not sleeping i going to make you feel so much worse as well.
